Cinema at Sea- Okinawa Pan-Pacific International Film Festival runs an annual film festival in Nov and tours screenings between Okinawa and Taiwan.

Huang Yin-Yu began documentary filmmaking in 2010, and he founded Moolin Films, Ltd. (Taiwan) and Moolin Production Co., Ltd. (Japan) since 2015. His films include After Spring, the Tamaki Family… (2016) and Green Jail (2021) which were selected in Visions du Réel, DOK.fest München, Taipei Film Festival, Kinema Junpo Best 10 Documentaries and others. He is an Emerging Producers 2020 and Rotterdam Lab 2023 alumni and one of the mentors of ASIADOC 2021. Besides film production, he’s the executive director of Cinema at Sea International Film Festival.

Cinema at Sea is an organization established in 2023 in Okinawa, Japan.  Focusing on the film industry of the Pan-Pacific region, it runs the annual film festival – Cinema at Sea- Okinawa Pan-Pacific International Film Festival in Nov and tour screenings between Okinawa and Taiwan. Besides showcasing films, it runs an industry forum and workshops for the filmmakers coming from the Pan-Pacific region.

Moolin Films (Taiwan) and Moolin Production (Japan) are film production/distribution companies focusing on creative documentaries and art house films.
