In this session, we shine a light on the incredible work coming out of Scandinavia in the documentary space. Commissioning Editors Axel Arno (SVT) and Erkko Lyytinen (YLE) will discuss how the Scandinavian countries work together within the European market, the important role of public broadcasters and opportunities for international co-productions.
In this session we will also look at two case studies: Axel Arno will discuss the making of Why Slavery? And Erkko will talk about co-producing award-winning film Over The Limit.
