As Head of Industry at Visions du Réel, Sabine Fayoux Cantillo shapes the department’s vision and programming, working closely with the Artistic Director to support bold, auteur-driven documentaries and foster meaningful connections between filmmakers and partners.

 With twelve years of experience across production, programming, and artist support, she previously served as Associate Director of Program at Chicken & Egg Films, where she supported and advocated for women and gender-expansive filmmakers worldwide.

Leading non-fiction film festival, Visions du Réel (17–26 April, 2026) features competitive and curated sections. Recent guests have included Claire Denis, Werner Herzog, Lucrecia Martel, and Jia Zhang-Ke. Its Industry program, attracting over 1400 professionals, focuses on supporting international projects looking for mentorship, funding, co-production, and distribution opportunities.
