He began his career in documentary filmmaking in 2011. In parallel, he has been involved in various documentary-related activities, including curating community cinema programs, serving as a moderator, and participating as a forum panelist. He is also actively working as a documentary producer. As an emerging documentary producer from South Korea, he participated in Berlinale EFM in 2025. He was also selected and participated the annual program of EURODOC in 2024.
