Jess Gormley has worked in documentaries for over 15 years and at the Guardian since 2014.

She specialises

in journalistic documentaries for TV, cinema and online, with projects screening at the Houses of Parliament, as well as key international film festivals. Her projects of note at the Guardian include the 2021 Oscar winning film – Colette and the 2022 BAFTA winning documentary, The Black Cop.
