Dom is an international designer director and co-founder of 21-19, a design and communications agency, based in Melbourne, Australia.

In his 25 years as a Creative Director, he has focused on moving image design. His work is highly rewarded and respected, having won “Best of Show” at the BDA Promax Awards for his opening title sequence for the SBS drama series Going Home. Whilst his branding work for Qantas, was awarded the highest honour, the Pinnacle Award at the Australian Graphic Designer’s Association Awards.

He has been the creative driving force behind many television brands both in Europe & Australia, successfully branding channels such as VH2, Showcase, The Discovery Channel, MTV, Lifestyle, Smash Hits, Kerang, DisneyXD, ABC, Fox Sports, The Comedy Channel, and many more.

His animated films have found audiences in European contemporary art galleries, with his short film The Reality Project featured at the prestigious 10th anniversary of the ‘onedotzero’ moving image festival at the ICA London & his animated film In Motion at the British Film Institute in London.

He co-founded Flutter Films with offices in Melbourne and New York. An animation house dedicated to transforming illustration into animation combining the vast array of artistic genius from within the ranks of The Jacky Winter Group with the award-winning design & direction talents of motion graphics and animation specialists at 21-19.

In 2012 he was honored to be commissioned to create animated projection sequences for the Australian Ballet’s 50th Anniversary production of Swan Lake.

Over the last 10 years, his art direction and design have expanded into films; including the Emmy Award-winning documentary; Immortal, directed by Sonya Pemberton. Most recently he completed production on Richard Lowenstein’s critically acclaimed biopic Mystify: Michael Hutchence.
