She has previously served in other capacities, particularly directing international non-fiction markets in her role as Head of Industry at Visions du Réel International Film Festival and as CEO/Conference Director of the Australian International Documentary Festival. She has produced and executive-produced several award-winning documentaries, and also was a co-founder of Frame Documentary, an incubator for supporting documentary storytelling techniques through the use of emerging technologies.
