Where the River Runs Red

Screening A world premiere screening presented by Guardian documentaries and Screen Australia.

Funded by Screen Australia and the Guardian, Where the River Runs Red follows the proud locals of a western Tasmanian community attempting to transform their mining town into a town with a mine in it. Directed by Brodie Poole and produced by Nicholas Flynn, Where the River Runs Red will be released on the Guardian’s prestigious documentary channel in 2019.

Where the River Runs Red will precede Rocking the Foundations, a new digital restoration of Pat Fiske’s vital documentary about social change, protest and urbanisation.
