Numerous TV and film credits followed including key roles in Redfern Now series 1 and 2, 8MMM Aboriginal Radio, Occupation Native, Total Control series 1, 2 and 3, True Colours, Ten Pound Poms, History Bites Back, Copying it Black, The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart, High Country and the feature film Kangaroo which she also co-produced.
Morton-Thomas and Rachel Clements co-founded filmmaking company Brindle Films in 2011. Produced credits include Kangaroo, 8MMM Aboriginal Radio, Occupation Native, History Bites Back and in 2020 ABC and Brindle Films partnered to produce MaveriX, a drama TV series which would be the largest ever local productions for the NT. It was shot in Alice Springs in 2021 and premiered on the ABC in 2022.
Morton-Thomas and Rachel Clements also co-produced the feature documentary Audrey Napanangka, made by filmmaker Penelope McDonald, her son Dylan River and others. The film took around 10 years to make and was released in 2023.
