AIDC 2026 SPEAKER RELEASE FORM

  • The purpose of this form is to ensure registered speakers recognise and agree to the terms and conditions regarding the use of their content and image as part of the AIDC 2026 Conference.

  • I hereby:

    1. agree that AIDC Ltd may use any of the material resulting from official video and/or sound recordings made during AIDC 2026 where I was involved as a speaker and/or participant, in whole or in part, for any promotional and/or publicity and/or reporting purposes directly related to AIDC and AIDC’s partners or sponsors (“AIDC Purposes”).

    2. agree that AIDC will endeavour to provide access to the material for non-profit and self-promotional purposes upon request where possible. AIDC agrees to only use the materials for AIDC purposes.

    3. if requested, agree to be interviewed on a voluntary basis and understand I will receive no financial remuneration in return for my participation in the interview(s) and my granting of the above permissions to AIDC.

    4. agree that AIDC, in using, exhibiting and communicating the recordings as permitted by this Agreement, shall not intentionally do anything which is prejudicial to my honour or reputation.

    5. understand and agree that AIDC may edit and store the recordings for the purposes of public access and preservation.

    6. agree that if my session is closed to media an AIDC photographer may still take photos for the purposes outlined in clause 1;

    7. recognise and accept that if my session is closed to the media, AIDC shall not be responsible for the tweeting and posting of non-media affiliated delegates in attendance.

    • Recording of Sessions

  • I understand that:
    Unless otherwise discussed with the session producer and the AIDC Conference Programmer, the session I am participating in will be recorded and made available on the AIDC online event platform for registered delegates for a minimum of thirty (30) days and up to sixty (60) days.

    • Open to Media

  • I understand that:
    Unless otherwise discussed with the session producer and the AIDC Conference Programmer, media will be in attendance at the conference and during sessions.
