Tim Harcourt is the award-winning  Creative Director of Studio Lambert and an Executive Producer with 20 years’ experience of working in British & American television.

Tim specialises in format origination and is the inventor and creator of some of the biggest and most successful British TV formats of the past ten years.  He devised the BAFTA and multi-award winning Gogglebox for Channel 4, a show that is now in 30 territories and has given rise to multiple spin-off versions such as Celebrity Gogglebox and Gogglesprogs.

 Tim is the creator and showrunner of the hit show The Circle which is currently being made for Channel 4 as well as for Netflix in the US out of a hub operation based in Manchester, UK, and is the biggest multi-camera filming rig in Europe. He devised and executive produced several hit formats including Naked Attraction, Tattoo Fixers, Race Across the World, The Great Interior Design Challenge, Doctor in the House and Buy It Now. In the US, Tim is currently serving as an Executive Producer on new ABC primetime gameshow The Hustler.

 Many of these shows are made in foreign territories. Naked Attraction is in its sixth season for Channel 4 and is made successfully in Germany and Denmark. Tattoo Fixers ran for six seasons in the UK and was one of the biggest hits on youth-skewing network, E4. It also has a French version and a spin-off show (Tattoo Fixers on Holiday). Race Across the World was BBC2’s biggest new title of 2019 off the back of which it has been ordered for three further seasons including a celebrity version and successfully launched in Denmark in 2020. It won the BAFTA in 2020 for Best Reality and Constructed Factual show.

 Tim is a New Zealander and lives in London.
