Lexi Landsman is a development executive at BBC Studios ANZ, where she works across a slate of original and existing formats spanning reality, factual, documentary and entertainment.

With a career of over 15 years working in development, production and post-production, she has an in-depth knowledge of the unscripted marketplace. Before joining BBC, Lexi was Fremantle’s Head of Development, and prior to that she held senior roles at ITV and the Seven Network. Some of her development credits include, Alone (SBS), Tony Armstrong’s Extra-Ordinary Things (ABC), My Kitchen Rules (Channel 7), My Mum, Your Dad (Channel 9) and the forthcoming series The Secret DNA of Us (SBS) and The Piano (ABC).

She co-created the factual crime series Con Girl with CJZ. Lexi is an author of two novels, published by Penguin Random House – The Ties That Bind and The Perfect Couple. The latter is in scripted development for an adaptation into a multi-part psychological drama series.
