Kylie Grey is an award winning director and producer with a background in investigative journalism working across television, radio and digital. She has spent 15 years directing and producing documentaries and news stories across the globe working with major broadcasters including Aljazeera Network, SBS Television, ABC Television, Channel 4 and CNN as well as independent production companies.

Big Sista Films is a new female led production company started by producer/director Kylie Grey specialising in compelling documentary films that feature strong female characters. Kylie has assembled a team of women from CALD communities who will bring a fresh insight and perspective to the films. Kylie is interested in merging film making techniques and genres to make films that surprise and inform.
