She has previously held the roles of Head of Non -Scripted at the ABC and Head of Production and Development for Foxtel. During this time Josie commissioned and/or oversaw the production of a diverse slate of  many award winning and high rating shows inc the International Emmy award winning Old People’s Home for Four Year Olds, multi-award-winning Love on the Spectrum, Walkley award-winning Revelation as well as Fight for Planet A, and Logie award-winning War on Waste.
