Fergus Grady is a distribution consultant with 15 years of experience in the film industry and currently serves as Acquisitions Manager at Limelight Distribution.

Fergus was also an executive producer on the Netflix original film Cargo, a producer on Daffodils, & associate producer on West of Sunshine, which competed at the Venice Film Festival 2017.


Founded by Simon Werry, Limelight Distribution aims to get great films in front of New Zealand and Australian audiences. We offer strong theatrical support via Fergus Grady who brings distribution experience to the company, established boutique circuits, and wider ongoing exhibition partnerships.

Off the back of successful releases of Woman at War ($1.2 mil GBO across Australia & New Zealand); Camino Skies ($700K GBO across Australia & New Zealand) which was one of the top 4 highest-grossing documentaries at both the Australian and NZ box offices in 2019 and showing strong support for the releases of indie darlings such as Lucrecia Martel’s Zama which was voted the best TIFF film of the 2010s; Limelight loves cinema.
