Andrew Lowenthal is Co-Founder and Executive Director of EngageMedia, an Asia-Pacific non-profit working at the intersection of video, technology and social change.

EngageMedia run Cinemata.org, an Asia-Pacific social issue film platform, and produce the Video for Change Impact Toolkit, part of the global Video4Change Network, of which EngageMedia is the convenor. Andrew was a Fellow at Harvard’s Film Studies Center and Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, and MIT’s Open Documentary Lab. In 2015, he was a Ford Foundation JustFilms Fellow.
