She is a screen reviewer with 3RRR’s Primal Screen (hosted by Dr. Flick Ford), and is a board member of the Melbourne Women in Film Festival. She was a Senior Film Programmer with the recently shuttered SXSW Sydney.

She came to AIDC from the Human Rights Arts & Film Festival, where she served as Program Manager from 2019 until 2022. She has worked with organisations across Australia including MIFF and ACMI.

Alice has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Screen Studies from the University of Melbourne.
