Prior to working at Sweetshop & Green, Alice was the CEO of the Australian International Documentary Conference for four years and has programmed and participated on juries for documentary and factual content for festivals around the world including Tribeca Film Festival, Hot Docs, Melbourne International Film Festival, Antenna Film Festival, Sunny Side of the Doc, Antenna Documentary Film Festival and more.
