SHOWROOM PRODUCTION COMPANIES ANNOUNCED AND ADDITIONAL DECISION MAKERS ADDED

INAUGURAL YEAR FOR AIDC SLATE PITCH SEES 10 TOP-TIER PRODUCTION COMPANIES SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE

In an AIDC first, we are pleased to announce the full list of production companies and decision makers participating in The Showroom at our 2024 conference, coming up 3-6 March at ACMI in Naarm / Melbourne.

The Showroom is a fresh initiative for established production companies with a slate of nonfiction projects in development, generating business opportunities through extended meetings and exclusive access to high-level buyers representing international broadcasters, streamers and sales agents attending AIDC in person.

The selected production companies in this exciting new initiative can request meetings with buyers who will in turn review and confirm their selection of companies to meet with, ensuring mutual interest.

AIDC CEO / Creative Director, Natasha Gadd, said, “Following engagement with the sector to determine new ways AIDC could support Australian production companies, the Industry team developed the inaugural Showroom Pitch!

“Given the number of quality submissions from prolific prodcos across the country, it is clear that the sector is welcoming of this tailored opportunity to pitch multiple projects in development.

“We are thrilled to announce such an impressive lineup of companies who will pitch their slates to decision makers attending AIDC 2024 and look forward to tracking the outcomes that will arise.”
