AIDC 2024 Awards Presentation
Events & Parties Join us for the AIDC Awards Presentation to celebrate outstanding talent in our industry as we announce winners of the 2024 AIDC Awards, the inaugural Southern Light award and all other AIDC 2024 prize recipients.
The AIDC Awards recognise the outstanding work of new Australian documentary and factual content.
Now its fourth year, the AIDC Awards will take place on Wednesday 06 March, 2024 with a special presentation ceremony hosted by Namila Benson – Australian radio broadcaster, podcaster and television presenter. The talent and expertise of Australian practitioners will be celebrated across six award categories including Best Feature Documentary, Best Documentary/Factual Series, Best Documentary/ Factual Single, Best Audio Documentary and Best Interactive/Immersive Documentary. We will also present the recipient of the inaugural 2024 Southern Light Award.
Following the AIDC Awards presentation, we will announce the recipients of all other AIDC 2024 prize recipients including the Fresh Cuts Documentary Pitch, The FACtory International Pitching Showcase prizes, The Post Lounge Doc Pitch and the Shark Island Foundation Features Docs Pitch.
