Basil Tsiokos is a Senior Programmer for the Sundance Film Festival.

 Previously, he was the Director of Programming for DOC NYC and the Nantucket Film Festival, and the Artistic/Executive Director of NewFest: The New York LGBT Film Festival. Basil has regularly served on the feature nominations committees for the International Documentary Association’s IDA Awards and Cinema Eye Honors. He holds a Masters degree from New York University and two undergraduate degrees from Stanford University.
